Professional Service & Testing

Before Service

We inspected both Yamaha NS-10M Pro speakers before sale, including the woofers, tweeters, crossover sections, speaker terminals, cabinets, grilles, and general operating condition.

During Service

Our technicians cleaned and prepared the speakers based on their actual condition. We inspected the driver assemblies, speaker terminals, accessible connections, cabinet surfaces, baffles, and grilles as part of the service process.

After Service

We tested both speakers together under normal playback conditions. Woofer and tweeter output, left/right consistency, speaker-terminal operation, and overall playback were checked before the pair was approved for sale.

Sound Character

The Yamaha NS-10M Pro is known for its direct, revealing nearfield presentation,
strong midrange definition, fast transient response, and tight sealed-box bass.
Its compact form and focused presentation make it especially suitable for studio-style monitoring, editing, mixing reference, and smaller listening spaces.

Cosmetic Condition

This pair presents very well overall in vintage cosmetic condition, with light age-related wear consistent with careful previous use.

• Front Baffles: Clean overall with the classic Yamaha NS-10M Pro appearance
• Cabinets: Black finish presents well overall with normal vintage wear
• Woofers: White cones present cleanly as shown in the listing photos
• Tweeters: Soft-dome tweeters inspected and tested
• Rear Terminals: Large speaker-terminal configuration present
• Grilles: Matching front grilles shown in the photos are included

Please review all listing photos carefully, as they show the actual pair and form an important part of the cosmetic description.

Specifications

Suggested Pairing

These monitors are especially well suited to nearfield listening, where placement,
listening distance, and room acoustics can be controlled carefully. Package pricing may be available when purchasing compatible components together.
