• Keep the tape path and heads clean: Use 99% isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs every 15-20 hours of use to maintain crisp high frequencies and prevent tape slippage.
• Auto-Reverse: Ensure your magnetic tapes are equipped with sensing foil at the ends of the recording to properly utilize the auto-reverse function.
• Verify rear-panel voltage configuration before connecting the unit to a wall outlet.
