PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The Klipsch Heresy III is a compact three-way loudspeaker from Klipsch’s Heritage Series, combining a direct-radiating 12-inch woofer with horn-loaded midrange and high-frequency compression drivers.

With a rated sensitivity of 99 dB, the Heresy III is designed to deliver high output and dynamic performance without requiring unusually high amplifier power. Its relatively compact cabinet also makes it one of the more placement-flexible models in the Klipsch Heritage family.

This pair has been inspected, cleaned, serviced, and reassembled by HQaudios with attention to driver operation, cabinet presentation, grilles, and connection hardware.

Before Restoration

When we received this Klipsch Heresy III pair, we inspected the low-frequency, midrange, and high-frequency sections along with the cabinets, grilles, rear connection panels, and overall physical condition.

The speaker pair showed normal age-related cosmetic wear and required cleaning and service before final reassembly.

During Restoration

Our technicians cleaned and serviced the speaker pair and completed reassembly after inspection.

Driver Inspection: The low-frequency, midrange, and high-frequency sections were checked during the technical inspection.

Speaker Cleaning: The speaker assemblies and accessible exterior surfaces were carefully cleaned.

Rear Connections: The dual binding-post connection panels were inspected and cleaned.

Reassembly: The pair was reassembled after the inspection and service process.

Cabinet & Grille Detailing: The wood-veneer cabinet surfaces, front baffles, grilles, and badges were cleaned and detailed while retaining their existing vintage presentation.

After Restoration / Final Testing

After service and reassembly, the speaker pair underwent post-service technical checks.
