Warranty Terms
Warranty Period
- The product is covered under warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions
- The product is still within the warranty period.
- The product has a technical defect caused by the manufacturer.
- The warranty card and the purchase invoice must be presented when requesting warranty service.
Exclusions from Warranty
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or external impact.
- The product has been altered or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
- Natural wear and tear of consumable parts (battery, bulbs, etc.).
Warranty Procedure
- Step 1: Contact HQaudios warranty center at: 747-256-6364 (Tel/message).
- Step 2: Bring the product and warranty card to the warranty center or send them via mail.
- Step 3: Technical staff will inspect and identify the defect of the product.
- Step 4: The company will inform the inspection result and proceed with repair or replacement of the product as soon as possible.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
- This is for local pickup or we will ship it very carefully so that it arrives in good shape like it is now. Our customers’ satisfaction means everything to us. Once you get this item, feel free to contact us if it has any problems! I will try to answer any questions that you may have in a timely fashion.
- All shipments are processed within 03 business days of payment, whenever possible. In the event of stock issues causing a delay, customers will be promptly notified, and alternative shipment arrangements will be made. Customers are responsible for any charges incurred due to failed delivery attempts or re-delivery.
- Shipping fees listed apply only to the 48 contiguous US states and do not cover destinations such as Hawaii, Guam, or other U.S. territories. For these locations, additional shipping charges or surcharges (if any) will be applied and communicated to buyers in advance. Please note that orders shipped to these locations are subject to a “No Return” policy.

Refund Eligibility
You may request a partial refund, exchange for a replacement item, or full refund with return under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, with warranty card, all accessories and packaging (if included)
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all refunds, returns, or exchanges
Refund Options
Partial Refund: If the product does not match the description (e.g., missing parts, minor defects, slight aesthetic issues, or minor technical faults that the customer can repair themselves), a partial refund can be offered. The amount refunded will be determined based on the actual condition of the received item and agreed upon by both parties.
Return – Full Refund: A full refund with return is only applicable to items that do not match the description (e.g., wrong product, significant defects, do not accept partial refund, etc.).
Both Partial Refund and Full Refund will be made immediately after both sides have agreed, but will take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange for a product if the item you received does not match the description, is defective, or is not functioning properly:
- In case the same item is not available for an exchange, you may choose a similar product of equal value or request a refund.
- For exchanges due to defects, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product and sending the replacement
Shipping and Restocking Fees
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless it falls under Clause 2 (Refund Options) or Clause 3 (Exchange Policy).
A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returns that are not due to above mentioned, but only apply for return requests accepted from seller.
Denied Refund or Exchange Requests
Refunds or exchanges will be denied if the request does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy or out of the discussion between parties.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled as returns, and the return policy will apply.
